Down memory lane ...........

I saw a friend, Jill, in town last week and she said she had found a photo of us as little girls at an archery shoot with our parents. I asked her to e-mail me the picture and here is it. My dad and I are at the front wearing our matching jumpers - my mum used to have one of those multi sized knitting patterns so we all had the same style and when we went out we all wore the same colour so if I got lost they could tell the police exactly what I was wearing lol.

My hair, even at that young age, hung down to about my backside and whilst it was beautiful, I can remember it being a nightmare at wash time. I had it all cut off at the age of 9 and somewhere in the deepest recess of my loft, it is still up there in a plastic bag and all done up in a plait.
