Card inspired by Tracy from Fred She Said

Having been on Tracys Fred She Said blog this morning, I was intrigued by the technique Tracy used with chalk pastels so decided to have a go myself. I made up my topper with artist pastels and then ran it through the cuttlebug, brayed over the top with versamark ink and used a lilac lustre embossing powder from Blonde Moments. I layered up one of Tracy's delightful flowers and mounted it onto gold card. I printed the card itself from Greeting Card Factory and added a gold edge border peel off down one side to finish it off. I do hope I have done Tracy's technique justice x
