Card made from winning Delicious Doodles digi-stamp

If you scroll down through my previous posts, you will see that I won the blog challenge on Moving Along With The Times, last week and my prize was 3 digi-stamps of my choice from Delicious Doodles. So here is the card I have made using 1 of the 3 images I chose. I printed the mask 3 times and coloured each segment of feather in with sakura stardust glaze pens and layered them up to give depth to the mask. Then simply added a feather and a "handle"

Card inspired by Sheena Douglas

I was watching the fantastic Sheena Douglas today when I got home from work and just had to get mucky. So here is the card I came up with. The butterflies were cut on the craft robo from a sheet called BUTTERFLY DREAMS which is available from CraftsUPrint. I stuck the large butterfly pieces onto acetate and coloured in the "eyes" with sakura glaze pens. Once they had all dried, I went over the top of the whole thing with distress ink pads.

I then used various inkpads onto a piece of Barbara Grey Silk board, added spritzers and dried it off with a heat gun. The used Crackle paint over the top & dried it. The edges were rubbed over with distress ink pad.

Then the backing paper was made in MCS and I used the butterfly digi-punch around the edge

The only error I have made is putting too much silicon glue behind the big butterfly as it shows through the glaze, but I'm hoping it will dry clearer and not be so noticeable.

Thanks for looking

MCS Pretty on Porcelain card

My sister asked me to make a card for our parents so I used the MCS Pretty in Porcelain artwork and have made this large 8" card for them. I added sakura golden star pen to the scrolls around the edge and also washed over the top layer of decoupage with the golden star pen and added a few blobs of silver star to imitate bubbles

Dance of the Pink ballerina

This design is called "Dance of the Pink Ballerina" and is available from CraftsuPrint

I added sakura Golden star pen to the swirls and used sakura clear glitter pen to the pearls.

Thanks to Dee Paramour's instructions, I used a red stardust pen and a waterbrush to add a shimmer to the dress, although it doesn't show up on the photo itself
